3 Steps to a Successful VP Class

Prepare well, and get the most out of your lessons

Whether you want to phase into VP Group Classes, or you want to take the plunge and challenge yourself in Jay Grimes’ VP Class, here are some tips for a successful workout.

Remember: you must meet the prerequisite of at least one private lesson/consultation, and have an instructor give you clearance to take a VP Class. Additional prerequisites must be met to get into Jay’s VP Classes.

How to prep for regular VP Class:

1.
Work with your instructor to solidify your personal routine, and learn how to make use of the exercise cards.

2.
Be sure you feel confident with the set up/clean up, and the safe use of the equipment.

3.
Embrace your independence and come to class ready to get a great workout! You’ll learn from your teacher, as well as from your classmates.

How to prep for Jay’s VP Class:

1.
Get familiar with the VP Class setup by attending regular VP Classes.
2.
Tell your teacher you’re interested in Jay’s class. They can help you build your confidence, and meet the additional prerequisites.
3.
Be ready to work next to experienced practitioners of all levels.
