The small-class setting benefits you in two ways: You get the personal instruction of a semi-private lesson, along with the opportunity to observe and learn as Jay works with your fellow students.

Weekend Workshops
Taught by Jay Grimes, these unique workshops examine in detail all the apparatus used in Joseph Pilates’ original studio. Each 12-hour workshop breaks down all the exercises on the apparatus, covers traditional spots and assists, and provides an opportunity to discuss and analyze the work.

Teaching the Work
Teaching the Work develops the qualities in your teaching that Joe looked for in his teachers.
This challenging, highly selective program is taught exclusively by Jay Grimes.
Jay works with you in intensive weekend workshops – individually and in small-group work sessions – to develop your teaching instinct, intuition and ability to see beyond the exercises. With an innate understanding of original Pilates, you will able to communicate its precepts to your clients, apprentices and teachers.
Teaching The Work is limited to 12 students per class, and must be taken in its entirety.
Schedule, pricing and curriculum details TBA. Please click HERE with questions regarding this program.
