Can’t Make It to L.A. for Spring Camp? Attend the Workshops Online!
Did you know…
Even if you can’t travel to our West Los Angeles studio, you can still take part in Spring Camp!
All Spring Camp workshops are also offered via Live, Online Streaming. We’ve put together a little FAQ to answer any questions you might have about how this all works.
How do I register for the online streaming workshops?
You can sign up for this via our online booking program — just like you would with any other workshop.
How much does the live stream cost?
The live streaming of the workshops are sold at the same cost as the in-studio options. We are offering a Live Streaming Discount package, if you bundle the two weekend workshops with two internet private lessons. Or, you can get the workshops a la carte. Get all the details on our Spring Camp webpage here>>
How do I access the live stream?
The day before the workshop takes place, you will receive a private link, where the streaming will be hosted. There will be a chat feature, where you will be able to interact with the Vintage Pilates moderator (who will be monitoring the live stream live, from the studio), and other live stream attendees. You can even request to ask a question to the workshop instructor, through this chat feature.
I’ll be able to see the workshop… but will others be able to see me?
The streaming is one-way. You will be able to watch the workshop, but we won’t be able to see you. So feel free to watch in your PJ’s, eat a snack, kick up your heals and relax. Past live stream attendees have reported that they enjoyed attending the workshop in the comfort of their own home, while being able to interact with other streamers.
What workshops will be offered as a live stream?

taught by Jay Grimes
Sunday, May 1, 10am-1pm
What is the elusive “Two-Way Stretch”? Jay Grimes coined this term to describe what Joe Pilates asked him to achieve, in his workouts. It is the essence of every single exercise in the Pilates repertoire. This is a rare chance to learn about this concept from the man who created the expression..
