Keion Moradi Means is originally from Washington State and discovered Pilates in 2004, as a long-distance runner looking to prevent injury and improve strength and flexibility. Keion is always working to sharpen her understanding of the Pilates method, the body and movement, in order to help her clients reach their goals. She has been a devotee of Vintage Pilates since 2015 and is part of the 2017 class of THE WORK.
Keion is also a writer, who has written creatively for most of her life, and professionally for over a decade. She has held key editorial positions for several online marketing campaigns and continues to freelance in her spare time. Keion is married to her high school sweetheart. She and her husband, Adam, live in Burbank with their two beautiful children, Maddex and Nola.
